It is the raid leaders responsibility to make sure everyone at the raid is aware of the loot rules. (this is especially true for raids with non guild members involved) For hunts/raids to be considered for credit for the ranking system advancement, the raid must be planned and posted at least 3 days in advance giving level requirement, day, time, meeting place and purpose of raid. When a raid is posted on the message board, knights should post a reply whether attending or not as a courtesy to fellow Knights. Raid leaders should post a follow up message letting the guild know how the raid went and who attended. Raid leading and attendance will be noted on the main roster page.

Inner guild communication

message board- the best communication tool the guild has, for it gives everyone the opportunity to hear what is going on when they are not on line.
All Knights are responsible to keep up on the posting of the board, and to post when necessary.
It is suggested to all members, to read the board at least once a week.
New members are required to make a "first post" ASAP in order to be allowed access to the guild only section when their probation period is up. (NOTE: access can
not be given without the person making a "first post"
no rants and flames on the message board please. As Knights, blowing off steam is one thing, but to encourage negative discussions is not a virtue, and we do not
wish this type of talk on the board.

Standards, Policies, Rules and Regulations

All standards, policies, rules and regulations were written and designed with the occasional exceptions in mind. The only rule that is `set in stone' is the following:

ANY DEVEATION FROM THE STANDARDS, POLICIES, RULES AND REGULATIONS MUST BE STATED BY THE PERSON(S) INVOLVED, IN A POST ON THE MESSAGE BOARD GIVING REASON FOR THE DEVEATION.

All deviations are subject to review and reversal by the officers. If it is the census of the officers that a deviation was unfairly or unreasonably made, the officers may choose to have the action withdrawn or reversed.
